JEE Main is a national level competitive exam being conducted by NTA to provide admissions in undergraduate engineering programmes for B.E/B.Tech & B.Arch courses. Thus, the JEE Mains 2019 will take place in the month of January and April. The offline JEE Main exam will now take place in an Online mode in 3 Hours of exam duration. The good part is, aspirants can sit once or twice for the JEE Main exam. JEE MAIN 2019 entrance exam is to be held on 6th to 20th April 2019.

About JEE Main 2019

  • From 2019, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will be governing the JEE Mains exam
  • The exam will take place in an Online mode only

  • The number of attempts in a year has been increased, you can appear for both January & April exam if you wish to
  • NTA has set up Common Service Centres (CSCs) where students can get help while filling up the application form
  • You can practice for JEE Main exam through Mock tests offline or at the exam centres set up across India
  • The number of exam centres has been expanded to 264 for India
  • Each candidate will get unique questions in JEE Main 2019 paper

The National Testing Agency will hold the exam on computer-based mode (CBT). Earlier, it was both offline and online.

JEE Main Counselling 2019

The counselling is likely to begin from 24th June 2019 (tentative).

It will be done by the Joint Seat allocation authority (JoSAA).
