On 5th October of 2018, The Lords University was created by the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly by passing the Lords University, Chikani (Alwar) Act, 2018 (Act No. 29 of 2018). The aim of this University is not only to facilitate the intellectual, social and ethical learning processes of the young and aspiring minds of the country but also strives to fulfil the common goal of making a propitious difference in their lives. The university is greatly proud of its commitment towards formulating technically skilled and employable workforce as well as morally and ethically discerning citizens for the country and the global society.

Admission Procedure of Lord’s University:
You can get the application form for admission either from the Admission Office, Lords University. You can also download the form from University's official website.
The Application form duly completed may be submitted to University office. Thereafter, admission would be given to the eligible students on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination or in accordance with the selection procedure laid down by the University from time to time.
Candidates seeking admission can apply only if he/ she satisfies the following eligibility criteria:
UG – Candidates have to obtain 10+2 in any stream from a recognized educational board.
PG – Candidates should be a graduate in the respective or allied subjects from a recognized University.
Ph.D. – As per the norms and regulations of UGC.
Lords University has multiple options available for easy and secure fee payment structure. The University is also fulfilling its social responsibilities by awarding scholarships/financial incentives to the newly admitted meritorious students and toppers. The University also offers fee concession and arranges remedial/ add-on courses and other necessary facilities for the students.
Other Facilities:
The university has two campuses- north and south, built upon the 15-acre spread of green consists of one academic block, one mess, one hospital, one mess, two hostels and three libraries.
For students utmost welfare the University has constituted an Anti-Ragging Committee to prevent and prohibit any offence like ragging in its institutions. The committee members are well trained to handle such sensitive cases and are directed to emphasize among students that ragging of any form will not be tolerated in this University and is strictly banned.
