The students have to abide by some basic eligibility criteria. They are to have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their 10 + 2 graduation and also secure a 50%. Along with that, they need to go through a related entrance examination for admission to the course of dentistry.

This College is addressed in Aurangabad. It was established in 1991 – 1992. It is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Science in Nashik. The College had 292 dental chairs in 2016 – 2018; presently it has increased to 302 in 2018 – 2019.
7. D.Y. Patil Dental School:
The College is present in Pune. It is established in 2011 – 2012. It is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Science in Nashik. The number of Dental chairs increased from 25 (2014 – 2015) to 100 (2015 – 2016) and lastly to 200 (2016 – 2017).
