Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Final year candidates may apply.
- Age of candidates should be less than 32 years as on 1st January, 2017.

To apply online, visit the website:- www.upsconline.nic. Complete the online form with all the details comprises Part-I and Part-II like stages. Go through the instructions before filling the form.
Fee Structure
Make a payment of Rs. 200/- for the application form. However candidates belonging to the categories like SC/ST/Female/PH candidates need not to pay any charges for the application form.
